Something not working?

Three places, depending on what it is. The first one is the right answer more often than you’d think.

A bug, or something you want

Goes on the issue tracker. It’s public and it’s searchable, so an answer written once is there for the next person who hits the same thing.

Crashing, black capture, a game it won’t detect, a hotkey that won’t bind — all of it goes here.

Just want to ask someone

There’s a Discord for setup questions, hardware talk and whatever you’re playing. Bugs still go on the tracker — a fix that only exists in chat helps one person.

Anything private

Your account, a clip you want gone, a moderation decision you think we got wrong. Email, so it isn’t public.

Before you file

Send the bundle with it

In the app: Settings → Diagnostics → Export a support bundle. It writes one file with encoder probes, dropped-frame counts, your GPU and its driver version.

No video, no screenshots, and nothing is uploaded anywhere — you attach it yourself, or you don’t. Nearly every “works here, not there” report is settled by the driver version in that file.

Two special cases

Someone else’s clip breaks the rules
Use the Report link on the clip itself. It tells us which clip without you having to describe it.
A clip uses your copyrighted work
That has its own process and its own deadlines — see the copyright page.

Postal address and the full list of who to write to are on the contact page.
